While I’ve been licensed as a real estate agent since 2006, I’ve been involved in real estate as an investor since I was 18. I bought my first duplex in San Diego when I was a teen and real estate has been an interest of mine since I can remember. Working in the field of real estate isn’t really a “job” for me, it’s a passion. I represent first time home buyers, move-up buyers, sellers and investors in both the residential and commercial sectors. I understand the business of real estate and I’d like to offer you my expertise.
One of the most important benefits of working with me as an agent is that I understand real estate from a perspective of investment first, not sales first. My primary concern for my clients is that they find and acquire the home or investment property that suits their needs. As such, I take a consultative approach to working with clients interested in buying first homes, clients that are moving up from a starter home or clients that are looking for second homes, vacation homes or investment properties, residential or commercial.
